Bob Mazzeo, Chairman & CEO
Bob is Enclave's founding member and, in August 2015, assumed the role as the firm's CEO. Bob has been a practicing business attorney for over thirty years, beginning his career with Sullivan & Cromwell in NY and moving from there to Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney before returning to private practice, eventually with his own firm, Mazzeo Song & Bradham. Bob’s legal expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, structured transactions, advisory work for hedge funds and other investment entities, and broker-dealer compliance. Bob's entrepreneurial activities, in addition to Enclave, have ranged from commercial and residential real estate investing to insurance brokerage, litigation finance and the purchase and liquidation of distressed debt portfolios.
Bob received his undergraduate degree from Brown University in 1978 and graduated from Yale Law School in 1982.
